  • Service appointment confirmations and updates

  • Important service status changes
  • System-generated notifications about your service

While a phone number is required for service communication, you have control over your notification preferences through the Telow app settings:

  • Access the Notification Center in your Telow app
  • Customize which types of notifications you receive
  • Choose your preferred communication method for different types of updates
  • Update your preferences at any time

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number is:

  • Used exclusively for Telow's internal notification system
  • Only shared with electricians in emergency situations
  • Never used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
  • Stored securely in our systems
  • Protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy
